360PSM is ready to provide government agencies with monitoring Labor Compliance Prevailing Wages and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation to satisfy requirements of State and Federal grant funding. 360PSM was founded in 2018 by Catalina Ferreto and was created with the goal of assisting agencies on implementing the guidelines and procedures for local agencies to comply with labor compliance and associated provisions derived from the California Labor Code, the Code of Federal Regulations, regulations of the FHWA , the California Code of Regulations, and the United States Department of Labor. We help agencies to monitor contractor compliance with all the applicable payment of prevailing wages and requirements of the contract provisions.
